THE HARDEST RACE IN NEW ZEALAND

the hardest race in new zealand.

What is the hardest race in New Zealand?
It would have to be the god zone race of course. You would be asking want is the god zone races? The god zone is a races were you do biking, running, kayaking, hiking and swimming for seven days non-stop with a little bit of sleep.
Training
With training it’s really hard but if you keep trying you’ll be fit and strong just like Chris Forne. Now you’re probably thinking who Chris Forne is, Chris Forne is one of the team mates on the winning team that won the god zone races three years in a row, Seagate. Team Seagate Train together sometimes but not all the time because they live in different towns in New Zealand.
Navigating
With navigating Chris Forne was really good. At the god zone races he was the navigator for his team. It takes a lot of skill to be able to do navigating. He used a compass that you can stick on the map or put it on your thumb.
Childhood
In his childhood he did a lot of races like cross country and other stuff. He also did orienteering. With orienteering and cross country it helped him be able to do races like the god zone race.

I really think that they’re athletically crazy and I want to do it when I get older.

  1. This is great Vithurna! I love that you have followed the format for an information report and that you've written it in such an interesting way. I can totally see you competing in the Godzone race one day!
